For nearly two decades, I juggled a career in fitness & Pilates with single parenting. I found fulfillment because I felt successful but I was overlooking my own well-being. Despite helping my clients break through plateaus and advocating for self-care, I was under constant stress, over-training, and neglecting sleep and nutrition. Today I realize the importance of a strong support system. It's possible to achieve health and happiness without feeling guilt or shame. That's why I created a space where you can maximize efficient workouts and self-care in an inclusive environment. We're here to help you discover that a fit and healthy body and mind is accessible to all, regardless of your schedule or finances.
