Check in at the resort, head over to the studio, and meet the retreat staff + fellow guests. Enjoy complimentary gift bags, a Live DJ BodybyBands class, healthy pre-fixed dinner, sound bath and intention setting meditation.
Wake up and indulge in a buffet and juice bar at the studio, followed by a morning meditation, unlimited classes and a guided hike. In the afternoon, choose between relaxing by the pool or spa, signing up for one our services like reiki or a wellness workshop. Finish the day with a healthy dinner, candlelit yoga and a sound bath meditation.
