Harmony is a product of Dana Brown’s expertise gained through 3 decades as a full-time fitness and Pilates instructor combined with a personal journey with chronic burnout. "Like many women, I juggled solo parenting with a career and didn’t prioritize self-care. I taught everyone else how to practice self-care but I wasn’t practicing it myself. In retrospect, it would’ve been a lot better for myself and my family if I had prioritized self-love over everything else.. It’s my mission to help women achieve their fitness goals by eliminating energy blockages and live in harmony".
